The Wilsons have been killing this spring season. After inking a new deal that makes him the highest paid player in football, Russell Wilson and his wife, singer Ciara have announced the launch of a production company.
The aim of the company, titled Why Not You Productions, will be to tell “inspiring and aspiring narratives and human interest stories” through the use of film, television and digital content.
“While we work in different fields in our day-to-day, we are excited to come together to collaborate and create stories that we hope will touch people’s lives,” the superstar couple said in a statement. “We are both storytellers at heart and we want to be able to share stories that uplift people and inspire others to create positive change. That’s ultimately what we want this company to represent.”
There is currently no timeline available for the timeline of the company or a specific first project.
