Bronx native Brandon Rose has been carving out his own niche in the rap game. Influenced by the likes of Jadakiss, Nas, 50 Cent and J. Cole, Rose is also one of the few rappers boasts a degree from NYU. His upward trajectory is evidenced by accomplishments which include performing on Hot 97’s “Who’s Next” series, having a featured interview on ThisIs50 and more. With one quick listen, it is clear that Brandon Rose’s music is a mixture of modern day rap with a twist of the 90’s golden era Hip-Hop that has become romanticized. He recently released his EP, appropriately titled, “Street Scholar” and has now unveiled the official music video for his latest single, “You Ain’t Know.” Directed by Eagles Eye Media, the clip finds Rose flanked by bikes and drifting cars, matching the intensity of the track and his vocals.
