It’s hard to imagine a time when Nike wasn’t the biggest brand in the world, but back when the company first debuted back it 1964 it wasn’t even called “Nike.” To honor the brand’s ‘Blue Ribbon Sports’ days, Nike Running has prepared a special capsule drop rooted in the early track & field days of the leading sportswear empire.

The new “BRS Pack” features a handful of track-inspired gear, including a T-shirt, jacket, tank top, performance pants and shorts. The color palette plays on a classic Team USA aesthetic, in this case the Blue Ribbon Sports Track Club, with red, white and blue color-block detailing seen throughout. Outside of providing a pretty clean collection of running gear, this set reminds us of just how much you can accomplish when you just do it. For Nike it took just 55 years to become what it is today, so think twice before you give up on that pipe dream. You might only need a good name change to pop off.
