It’s been close to a year since Kanye West previewed a pair of glow-in-the-dark 350s on his Twitter last summer, and now it looks like the vibrant kicks are finally dropping in stores as a general release.

Similar to the early look we got last month, the shoe is built from a volt yellow upper that goes “ultralight beam” when you rock them at night. Officially branded as “Glow,” the colorway does justice to the classic use of chemiluminescence, giving us a shoe that’s playful in nature and clearly an eye-grabber during any time of day. The translucent side stripe adds an extra dose of summer appeal, giving the silhouette a boost of breathability and a stylish add-on when it comes to detailing as well. Everything arrives with perfect timing, but these would’ve had an even bigger moment if they had dropped around the time of Ye’s groundbreaking Glow in the Dark Tour era that saw him hit the road with the likes of Rihanna, N.E.R.D. and Lupe Fiasco in support of his fan-favorite Graduation album. A full circle moment, indeed.

The adidas YEEZY Boost 350 v2 “Glow” officially drops on May 25 in a full range of family sizes.
