Kresnt has had a stellar 2019 so far. His recently released debut album,”Rumi’s Reflection” debuted at #2 on the Canadian iTunes chart, he killed at420 Vancouver with over 100K folks in attendance and his streaming numbers grow daily. What better time then to look back, take stock, and appreciate the journey.

“Remember Way Back” is the visual of Kresnt’s journey from an Afghan transplant in Vancouver, CA to a respected, well-rounded rap artist, set to a classic track from the boards of 55x Grammy-nominated, 16x Grammy-winning producer/engineer, Ken Lewis (“Watch the Throne”, Future, One Republic, EMINEM, Joyner Lucas, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Jon Bellion.) The visuals come courtesy of Frank “Plan-Z” Pan of Lighthouse Cultures andKane Dabir of TiV Productions.

This not is Kresnt’s first time in the studio with Ken Lewis, but it’s always a dream. With 16 Grammy’s, 94 Gold and Platinum albums and 66 #1’s to his credit to date, you can’t help but be awed to be in the presence of such greatness.
