Kado Brown has been in the music game since 2015, but you’ve probably heard of his name floating around the college sports atmosphere. The Georgia Southern quarterback was simultaneously juggling a budding career in both football and also music when things really started to take off for him after the release of “Swag Like Chad”. While his fandom continues to sprawl with his increasing popularity, he will always remember his initial fan base at the stadium. Staying humble and grounded is important to KollegeKado, to say the least.

Once Kollege started releasing more music, he was overwhelmed by the positive response he continued to receive from everyone. Since 2015, he has always placed a focus on working with the right people, as that’s been key in his success. “Everything’s going good. It’s all about being patient and persistent. I’ve put my music in the right areas and in front of the right people,” said Kollege. He isn’t wrong because this exposure has landed him opportunities as an opening act for Playboi Carti and Rich the Kid. While all of this is a standout accomplishment, Kollege is always working toward his next major project.

If you ask Kollege’s fans who they compare him to, they may not give a straight away answer. What we mean by this is because the artist is so diverse. It’s hard to compare him to anyone else in the industry. He truly has his own style and vibe which is hard to duplicate. “I’m authentic to myself. It’s so important to stay true to yourself. I’m unique and can diversify myself through my sound. It all depends on how I feel,” said Kollege. This is all on display in “Dirty Gold Saturn” which is executive produced by Yung Henny. From this project comes the popular single “Money Talks” which is an all around banger that everyone is still rocking with two months later.

Think trap music meets new wave- that’s the vibe Kollege is rolling with all summer. It’s all good music, with an up tempo beat that’ll give you all the vibes. Within the next year, Kado hopes to do a mini tour through California paying homage to Ventura, his hometown. He’s optimistic about the opportunities that will arise from the tour. Definitely stay tuned!
