Daniel Taylor, 40, is under arrest for grabbing the shirt of Yasmine James, 20, over a dispute about a straw in a St. Petersburg McDonalds.
A witness who posted the video to Facebook said things went left after the customer asked for a straw, but the reason he got upset is unclear.
After Taylor grabbed James’ shirt, the employee responded with several punches at, and near, his face. Amid the fight, Taylor demanded that she was fired while the manager finished preparing his order.
“I want her ass fired right now,” the suspect says in the video as a manager reads his receipt while other workers clean the mess from the fight. “You’re going to jail,” Yasmine responds.
Police reports say that Daniel Taylor continued to shout at the workers as he was being escorted out, and kicked another employee in the stomach.
