Although we’re already getting a “Throwback Future” iteration of the Vapormax 2019 this week, Nike is already prepping for another colorway next month that is sure to pop out on shelves.
This “Pure Platinum” edition of the popular Swoosh silhouette shares a few similarities to the “Silver Bullet” hue that was teased back in November. However, this version is met with a handful of other color add-ons, including a “Volt” midfoot cage and “Bright Crimson” accents on the Swoosh tongue logo and taped seams on the heel. Both colorways are then literally split in half on the Air unit midsole, with “Volt” taking over the heel portion and “Bright Crimson” extending from toe to midfoot. Classic black accents come into play through the heel, laces, insole and Swoosh logos on the lateral & medial side panels. A bold statement for sure, but isn’t that what sneakers were made for in the first place?
This multicolored Nike Vapormax 2019 arrives on April 11 for $190 USD via select retailers, including Foot Locker. Take a look at more images of the colorway below:
