It’s crazy to believe that it has already been seventeen years since The Notorious B.I.G. was killed in Los Angeles, tragically cutting short the career of an rapidly rising hip hop star. While he only witnessed one of his albums take over pop culture, his music has succeeded in carrying on his legacy and maintaining his relevance for multiple generations. However, today we aren’t mourning his lose, but celebrating his birth.
