Talk about a coming out party for Matt Flynn, the backup for Aaron Rodgers absolutely torched the Detroit Lions yesterday leading Green Bay to their 15th win of the season. Flynn tossed 6 TD’s to overcome their division rival in the final game of the season. A new question is will Matt Flynn become the next Matt Cassell? On the defensive side of the ball Jared Allen capped off a tremendous year finishing with 22 sacks. Allen set the Vikings record for most sacks in a season and missed New York Giant Michael Strahan’s league wide record (22.5) by half a sack. These two were the Honorable Mentions of this closing week of the NFL season.
