Nike released their special LeBron 9 “Freegums” colorway. The shoe was designed in collaboration with Freegums aka Alvaro Ilizarbe, a Peruvian-born artist/designer who resides in Miami. Freegums recently sat down to discuss the inspiration on this special release.
