Chris Brown has been accused of angrily snatching a girl’s iPhone out side a Miami Nightclub this past weekend and driving off with it, reports NBC Miami. A rep for the Miami Beach Police Department say 24-year-old Christal Spann filed a police report Sunday for “robbery by snatching,” claiming she followed Chris and Source Magazine coverboy Tyga out of Cameo nightclub early in the morning, and snapped a picture of Chris getting into his Bentley. Allegedly, Chris flipped out when he saw her camera phone and grabbed it through the car window, saying, “Bitch, you’re not gonna put that on the Internet.”
The iPhone 4Gs is valued at over $500, enough to be charged for grand larceny. According to NBC Miami, a warrant is being arranged for Brown’s possible arrest which would be in violation of his probation dating back to three years ago when he assaulted pop star, Rihanna. This comes days after Rihanna and Chris Brown seemingly reconciled after recording new music together and WWE Champion CM Punk offered to fight him for charity.
