Uganda’s Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi broke his silence and addressed the Kony 2012 video. The leader says the video in no way represents the country’s current state of living. He also states with confidence “Joseph Kony Is Not In Uganda.” Watch his response which was released earlier today.
