Solid images of the Air Yeezy 2 in wolf grey/pure platinum have finally hit the web. The shoe’s most striking difference from the first pair released is the hard ridges that run along the back of the shoe. The shoe also seems to take inspiration from Egyptian mythology, the logo on the tongue is of the mythological god Horus, which Kanye also famously made into a oversized gold pendant. Performance Torch fabric is used for the tongue of the shoe, while the rest of the sneaker is made up of nylon mesh, suade, and snake skin leather. Other materials include glow in the dark soles, a leather laced toggle, and chunky metal tips. The sneakers will be dropped on April 13, 2012 at stores across the world.
