Notorious gun smuggler Viktor Bout who Nicolas Cage played in “Lord of War” was sentence to twenty-five years by a New York Federal court judge for conspiracy to commit terrorism.
According to ABC, Bout is also believed to have sold arms to terror groups like al Qaeda and the Taliban. He has been accused of fueling conflicts from Africa to South America to Asia, sometimes even allegedly arming both sides.
