Blackmagic Designs has just released Blackmagic, a digital cinematic camera packed with innovative technology and cool specs. This camera features a high resolution 2.5k image sensor and 13 stops of dynamic range, making the camera capable of producing genuine professional quality video. The camera is also compatible with both EF and ZE mount lenses a plus for anyone with Canon or Carl Zeiss lenses. The data is stored on a removable 2.5″ solid state drive and gives about 30 minutes of 24p video. This dope camera will be available for stockists in July 2012, going for $2,995.
