The Source is sending a Happy Birthday shout out to Damon Dash. The former CEO of Roc-A-Fella and founder of Rocawear turns 41 today. Dash was instrumental to the early success of Jay-Z and Roc-A-Fella records. The two had a well-publicized falling out back in 2005, and since then, Dash has gone on to start his own music production company, the Damon Dash Music Group (DDMG). He was romantically involved with R&B singer Aaliyah at the time of her death, and later married fashion designer Rachel Roy.
