What does an OG like yourself brings to a youth movement like Taylor Gang?
I’m just, like, a coach, man. Watching these young’uns make their money and get their paper. I’m just in the background like, “Yeah, man. Turn up!” I’m the coach telling team players ‘let’s turn up.’ I’m an OG that just loves all the new talent, man. I think these guys are overly talented and they getting they bread, doing what they do…
Does it bother you how people may look at the situation, you signing to Taylor Gang?
Juicy J. Godfather of the game, man! I’ve been in this s**t for 20 years, over 30 million records sold, and an Oscar! I’m turned up, I don’t give a fuck. I’m a legendary n**ga, man. I’m sitting on millions, man. Millions!…I’m from Three Six Mafia…I did this sh*t off of independent, man. I had $5,000,000 in my bank account before any type of major label deal. I’m not trying to brag. But I’m just trying to say there is money out here for you to get. You can do it.
