Hot97 Deemed Artist “I Am Pure” As Who’s Next

Hailing from from Newark, New Jersey one of this summer’s Hot 97‘s Who’s Next artist is Pure. Pure who since the release of his mixtape I Am Pure… has been heard on various stations in NJ, NYC Tri-State area i.e. Power 105.1, 98.7 Kiss FM, & Hot 97. Last month Pure performed at SOB’s for Hot 97’s Who’s Next tour. He is the ultimate artist who puts on a great show who doesn’t define his music in a specific genre. Pure’s sound is a mash-up between R&B, Hip Hop, Club/House, & Smooth Jazz. He uses live instrumentation but still remains true to his Jersey roots. Below is a video of Pure’s Who’s Next performance.
