Austin Rivers, one of the many NBA draftees present during the NBA Fit Clinic for Local Boys & Girls Club Members in Harlem, talked about the New Orleans [N.O.] Hornets stating “It’s [New Orleans] a great city, great coach, great management and it’s a good fit… there’s other good fits as well… we’ll see what happens.”

Rivers went on further stating, “I’ve watched them [N.O. Hornets] play and I know the roster well,” and concerning the transition from college ball to the NBA, Austin referenced his father, Doc Rivers, stating “he [Doc] told me to be real, to be me, to have fun…it’s going to be a process and to go out there and compete.”
