The New York Knicks miss out again as point guard Jason Kidd has decided to stay with the Dallas Mavericks and finish his career there.  Kidd originally had interest in the Brooklyn Nets but those talks ended when Deron Williams decided to stay with the team.  Kidd then narrowed his choices down to the New York Knicks and Dallas Mavericks.  He decided to re-sign with the Mavericks, the team that drafted him 18 years ago and got him his first ring in 2011.  The deal is for 3-years and $9 million as reported by ESPN’s Marc Stein.  With Nash and Kidd gone, all eyes remain on Jeremy Lin.
