Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints have finally agreed on a deal. The contract is for a jaw dropping five-year $100 million deal with $60 million guaranteed and $40 million guaranteed in the first year. Brees sets a new NFL record to go along with his most touchdown passes in a season record, so clearly the contract is fitting. Brees is definitely a franchise quarterback and it’s good they finally got this settled.
