This is Victor Dukes he is a sophomore at Neddleton High School in Arkansas and he knows how to get up. This took place at a tournament at Arizona State. Dukes nearly jumps out of the gym on this dunk, he is basically looking in to the rim on his way down. I don’t think I’m alone when I say I don’t think I have ever seen somone jump that high. What a way to end 2012 (game was played on December 31st).
