At least she has a good sense of humor.
You’ve probably heard about the altercation between Carmelo Anthony and Kevin Garnett that occurred during and after the Knicks/Celtics game on Monday night, but if not, allow me to give you a quick rundown.
Apparently, while things were getting heated up on the court between KG and Melo, some trash talk came into play. A rumor was floating around that Garnett told Melo that his wife, LaLa, tasted like a certain cereal.
This remark clearly infuriated Melo, who took it upon himself to wait for Garnett outside by the Celtic’s team bus after the game, which the Knicks lost. This resulted in him being suspended for one game.
Anyway, the rumors of Kevin Garnett’s crude remark sent Twitter and the rest of the social media world in a frenzy, creating memes and tweeting about the incident, making jokes about other females tasting like cereals, and so on.
On Thursday night, La La joined in on the fun, tweeting:

Not sure if this tweet confirms that KG really did say that LaLa tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios (or if its true, for that matter), but either way, it’s funny, and we’re glad to see LaLa isn’t letting the rumors get to her.
