Love & Hip Hop 3 Episode 2 Recap
11 Things We Learned…
1. Newcomer red head resident Rashidah is more then a shoe stylist–she doubles as the hood therapist and isn’t too happy about Tahiry’s turbulent relationship with Joe.
2. Winter Ramos has worked and slept around in the music industry for years with Puff Daddy, Notorious B.I.G., Jadakiss, Irv Gotti, Ja Rule and DMX to name a few. But we know her as Fabolous‘ assistant -_- Even better… she’s ready to write a tell-all book about her adventures. Sound familiar? Well she admits, she’s no Superhead. But she does know the wife, girlfriend and side chick of said rappers.
3. Gossip maven Jen the Pen was fired from her job, but that’s OK. She says there are millions of women who stay home and swipe their husbands cards. But her baby daddy, rapper Consequence says he doesn’t come from that community. Instead Jen decides to talk to Winter about getting back to work or better yet, maybe she’ll do something different, something edgy–she’ll write a book.
4. Raqi Thunda and Joe Budden continue their argument from last week and Joe explains to Raqi that he saved her a trip to the hospital. He explains clearly that Tahiry is his priority and would have hurt Raqi undoubtedly. Raqi chalks it up and storms off. Apparently ‘running back to your ex with booty shorts’ does make a difference in his eyes.
5. According to Jen the Pen, anyone’s bank card will work and become available if someone else puts money on it.
6. Newbie Loreal has a hot mix tape out and she is “the best rapper in the whole entire world”.
7. Model/Erica Mena turns all the way up when she drinks and even leave the club with a quart size vodka and tonic. Although she likes girls as much as she prefers guys, she doesn’t fare well when her man joins her in sweating Tahiry’s bodacious booty. She refocuses her angry onto Loreal who in attempt to calm Erica down got swooped up in the eye of the storm.
8. Joe Budden relapsed this summer with his substance problem which explains how half of Twitter received invites to his monumental pool parties this past summer.
9. Tahiry is more than a pretty face and small waist–she raps, sings and does whatever she wants in the studio. And she has a deal on the table already! Take that you unsigned hypes.
10. Joe’s new girlfriend of 5 months, 20 year-old Kaylin says she was sent to Joe away from all her friends and family to help Joe with his addiction. She can do it, even though she wasn’t successful with her dad who also has a drug problem. But she has faith in Joe.
11. Jen the Pen informs us that Consequence is a big rapper with PLENTY money who drives a Bentley. Consequence isn’t a push over though. He demands Jen help pay for their son’s party on zero income. Even though he yells a lot causing Jen to cry, he says he has to calm that down because black people are prone to high blood pressure.
