This week for “#MyTop5,” TheSource.com sat down with Joey Bada$$ and we were able to get his Top 5 movies. I have to say I’ve been pretty impressed with how eclectic the Top 5’s have been over the past few weeks. Joey’s list doesn’t disappoint and definitely has some classics on it. Take a look below at Joey Bada$$ Top 5.
1. “City of God” (2002) – Joey picks the 2002 crime classic as one of his favorite movies. This is definitely a worthy movie garnering huge critical acclaim and accolades.
2. “Django Unchained” (2012) – Even though he says he hasn’t gotten around to finishing watching the movie, Bada$$ names “Django Unchained” as another top pick.
3. “Forrest Gump” (1994) – A standout on the list, “Forrest Gump” is another favorite of Joey’s – who can blame him?
4. “Juice” (1992) – Joey Bada$$ says “Juice” is a clear favorite. “I’ve seen that movie so many times; I know it like the back of my hand.”
5. “Law Abiding Citizen” (2009) – Joey closes out his Top 5 with “Law Abiding Citizen.”
