Hov is pretty well known for having his hair neatly cut in a low ceaser, but as he worked on his last solo album The Blueprint 3, he let his hair grow out, claiming he wasn’t cutting it until the album was finished. We’re not a fan of this look on Jay, and neither was he, as he hasn’t let it get nearly as long since BP3 dropped.
