If Your Not On The Court Then I’ll See You In Court
Apparently Derrick Rose‘s injury has taken a toll on not only his body but also on the body of a fellow Bulls fan.
25-year old Matthew Thompson is suing Derrick Rose for not playing this season, Rose has not played since last year’s playoff series with the 76ers. Thompson is claiming that Rose’s absence is a display of negligence because he has yet to play even though he has been cleared by team doctors. The effects of Rose’s absence has caused Thompson to suffer mental breakdowns, emotional distress, and have caused obesity issues.
I’m no lawyer nor do I know much of anything about law, but due to the bizarreness of this case there is no way this could possibly see the light of day in court, can it?
