When this game was released EA Sports Big was in its prime and slapping their imprint on any sports genre would ensure millions of sales. NBA Street Vol. 2 was a prime example of how EA dominated the extreme sports genre. Pete Rock & CL Smooth’s single ‘They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.)’ was the perfect theme for the game giving it that old school feel and helped gamers reminisce of early Hip-Hop as well as old school basketball.
