Tebow has left Broadway

Tebow might be leaving New York but doesn’t mean that the New York Jets circus has left New York. Tim Tebow was informed today in a face to face meeting with Rex Ryan and GM John Idzik prior to a workout with teammates that he was being release by the team.

Rex Ryan had this to say about Tim Tebow,

“We have a great deal of respect for Tim Tebow. Unfortunately, things did not work out the way we all had hoped. Tim is an extremely hard worker, evident by the shape he came back in this offseason. We wish him the best moving forward.”

Tim Tebow was brought in and was never used properly let alone used in general on the field. After using their second round pick to draft West Virginia’s Geno Smith this weekend the Jets QB roster was now at a total of six quarterbacks.

Tim Tebow may not be the greatest quarterback but the man is a winner, so hopefully Tebow can go somewhere where he can showcase his skill once again.
