Despite not hitting U.S. theaters til this weekend, “Iron Man 3” Dominates.
In what is already being referred to as the fan favorite in the franchise, “Iron Man 3” continues to soar to new heights internationally with totals blasting past the $300 million mark. The latest installment hasn’t even opened up in U.S. theaters and it has managed to break records with its showing overseas.

“Iron Man 3” has already surpassed Marvel’s “The Avengers” international debut as well as shattering the international box-office totals for “Captain American,” “Thor” and “Iron Man.”
With “Iron Man 3” hitting theaters this weekend in the U.S., the numbers are only going to skyrocket from here.
