Let’s be honest. Kanye has been toying with us for years. However, whether he hints at it in verse, or randomly tweets about possible solo music coming from him in the near future, Mr. West has always managed to keep the industry on their toes as we await new material from the legendary artist. Yesterday, we were treated to yet another unqualified tease, as Kanye tweeted “June 18”. Rap Radar’s Elliot Wilson wrongfully announced that a Def Jam official confirmed that this would be in fact the release date for the new Kanye album, leaving everything up to speculation again. Whether its the day Kanye’s expecting his child with Kim Kardashian or when we can expect a new album from the anti-social mogul, something’s happening on June 18th, and we’re hoping its the latter.
