The Golden State Warriors advance to play the San Antonio Spurs

Last night was like every other game in this series, it was hectic and it came down to the wire. Though it came down to the wire the Golden State Warriors were able to hang on and defeat the Denver Nuggets 92-88.

In the last 3 minutes of the game the Golden State Warriors showed you every way to lose a basketball game with bad defense, bad passing, and even worse inbound passing. This is coach Mark Jackson’s first year with the ball club and he is headed to the second round of the playoffs.

Stephen Curry continued his hot shooting by pouring in 22 points while Andrew Bogut who was riddled by injuries this season hauled in 21 rebounds. Off the bench it was rookie Draymond Green who recorded a double-double (16 points, 10 boards) to help propel Golden State past the Nuggets.

The Warriors will take on the Spurs in the next round of the playoffs.
