Some of the best rappers come out of Brooklyn! No shade to any other borough!
Spencer Bellamy is known for his work with local Brooklyn rappers that he released on his own 10/30 Uproar Records. Throughout his career, he went by the alias “East Flatbush Project.” He released six singles with the the imfamous beat “Tried By 12,” which djs have been using for almost 12 years. In 2011, DJ Premier used the instrumental as the beat for the Shady 2.0 cypher at BET’s Hip-Hop award, which consisted of Eminem and the members of slaughterhouse.
