Hov has got another one
The Roc Nation Sports roster continues to grow today with the addition of New York Jets QB Geno Smith. Geno Smith joins a roster that includes Robinson Cano, Victor Cruz, and Skylar Diggins. Unfortunately for Jay-Z since he is not certified by the NFL player’s association as an agent he can not take part in Smith’s contract negotiations. The person that will be orchestrating Smith’s contract negotiations is Kimberly Miale.
Geno Smith talked to USAToday about signing with Roc Nation Sports;
“I think it’s just his agency. When you talk about being in New York from a standpoint of what they can do in the city, the connections that they have, I think it’s a good move. My mother and my family is comfortable with it, I’m comfortable with it. I’m just going to move on from there, not let it be a big deal, remain humble and keep focusing on football.”
Wondering who else may be signing to Roc Nation Sports? Jay-Z’s current prospect list looks like NBA prospect Nerlens Noel, NHL prospect Seth Jones, and Brazilian soccer players Neymar, Lucas, and Leandro Damiao.
