Nicki Minaj is out at American Idol, but no worries for the Queens MC who has just signed on to be the face of Myx Fusions, a moscato wine brand.

“I am so excited to team with the Myx brand,” says Minaj, who is also part owner. “I have no doubt that it will be number one. It’s a great-tasting, amazing product that people will love. It’s not even a hard sell. Myx Fusions gives us an opportunity to revolutionize the wine industry.”

Mona Scott-Young, the woman behind VH1’s Love and Hip Hop installments is also part owner of the liquor and is glad to have Nicki on board.

“Nicki is an innovative trendsetter and has the ability to energize the masses. She embodies everything that Myx Fusions represents – style, spontaneity and the desire to push the envelope and inspire change. Both brands are perfectly aligned,” said Scott-Young.

Myx Fusion will soon launch its marketing campaign of print, television, radio and events.
