Imagine if Patrick Ewing attended North Carolina
Patrick Ewing spoke to the the Dan Patrick Show on the radio this morning and amongst the conversational topics were the Nets hiring Jason Kidd, Michael Jordan, and Georgetown. One of the most interesting points of the interview is when Ewing reveals what made his decision easy when it came to Georgetown and North Carolina. Ewing tells Dan Patrick that during his official visit to UNC there was a Ku Klux Klan rally going on in North Carolina. This Klan rally ultimately swayed Ewing in to going to Georgetown.
This is a very big if but what IF there was no rally that day and Ewing played alongside Jordan at UNC. The only word that could describe that college pairing is wow.
