Legendary graffiti artist Stash teams up with Reebok for a shoe project.
One of New York City’s most prominent and respected figures in graffiti Stash is ready to collaborate with Reebok, who is staring down their 30th anniversary ready to parlay with Stash and twelve other artists from all over the world. Part of Stash’s legendary status, aside from graffiti, is his involvement with street wear brands and his expansive footwear collaborations. The legendary artist’s portfolio includes Nike, Vans, Clarks, Lacoste, and a special partnership with Jay-Z, Udi Avashalom, and Villa.
For Reebok Classic’s “City Classics Collection”, Stash will lead the small army of artists that will include Wane (New York), Swifty (London), Da Flow (Mexico City), Rimo (Tokyo), EKLIPS (Los Angeles), Rae Martini (Milan), Sicksystems (Moscow), POSE (Chicago), Totem (Atlanta), Tati (Miami), Mad (Philadelphia) and Monster (Paris). All the above mentioned artists hail from 12 different cities, making this an international collective for the books that Reebok has enlisted. Each sneaker imprinted with the artist’s signature style while sharing a story that embodies each of the twelve cities.
Be on the look out July 1st for the release of this collection.
