After making a much needed appearance on J. Cole‘s free gift to fans, Truly Yours 2, and putting out an equally satisfying project of his own–Quarter Water Raised Me Vol. 2–J. Cole’s protege puts out a video for one of his standout cuts, “Lit”, which is featured on QWRM V2. Switching from a party bus to a tranquil scene in the desert, interrupted only by slowed down visuals of scintillating stage performances, the “Lit” video is stirring enough to make any fan of rap fall in love with the Dreamville concept. Cole & Bas trade bars over the soulful instrumental, which makes for a very fun video. Check out “Lit” below, and watch out for Bas.
