West: Vince Staples & Larry Fisherman– Stolen Youth
Odd Future affiliate, Vince Staples, put together a project with Mac Miller’s production alter ego, Larry Fisherman, to let you in on the journey of his life. His lax flow is perfect for the raconteur style of his raps and more realistic than most other rappers.
Midwest: Nico Segal – Donnie Trumpet
The trumpet player from the now disbanded Kids These Days releases an EP that may bend your idea of what Hip-Hop can sound like. He’s joined by his Save Money brethren Chance and Vic, and who knows, maybe he spits a few bars himself.
South: Tito Lopez – Y.O.U.
The Mississippi emcee has the sick flows and right state of mind to get you thinking about more than just Hip-Hop as you vibe with him.
East: Kyle Rapps – SUB
Mishka has a good ear for dope music. Kyle Rapps injects the right amount of wit in his clever rhymes over a beats that make you head back to the studio.
