Change of plans, Jay-Z won’t be performing on July 8th
Despite getting the okay from Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s office recently, it turns out that Jay-Z’s Letterman performance will infact not be taking place on July 8th. According to the New York Post, Jay-Z, Letterman, NYPD and the city were planning to meet yesterday to discuss the event but it was cancelled and all parties were informed that the event would no longer be taking place.
