No surprise here, the #1 athlete of 2013 is the Miami Heat’s LeBron James. In the 2012-2013 NBA season LeBron completed another trifecta of his own winning the regular season MVP, NBA Championship, and Finals MVP. Just like on the court LeBron’s reign as best athlete in the world has continued for a second straight year.
