Hov’s train buddy reacts to ‘MCHG’
Does everyone remember the elderly woman who had no idea she was sitting next to Jay-Z on the R line? The two shared a brief conversation on the train where Ellen Grossman finally recognized the Brooklyn native as HOV. Recently, Grossman was invited to MTV’s offices to give her opinion on Jay’s latest effort ‘MCHG.’ She kept her responses endearing and admits that due to her hearing she wasn’t able to take in everything that was said. He reaction towards the album was positive and felt that HOV had depth to his message. “I picked that up from the papers but I felt it in the man too, when I met him. That he had a depth to him.”
