Jay-Z and JT closed out the Wireless Festival last night at Olympic Park.
The grand finale of the Wireless Festival kicked-off the summer tour that we’ve all been waiting for. After Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake individually headlined shows on Friday and Saturday, the two joined musical forces to close out the UK festival, officially launching their Legends of the Summer tour.
To make the wrap of Wireless even more epic, Hov invited Rihanna to the stage to perform their Grammy-winning anthem “Run This Town.” As Rihanna took the stage, the crowd went wild, and sang-along to the hit the whole way through.
On the same day of the inaugural performance of his and JT’s tour, Jay-Z also celebrated ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail’ becoming his very first number one album in the UK. The Jigga man is clearly having quite an awesome summer.
