What 90s girl could ever forget the lyrics to Blaque’s classic “Bring It All To Me?” It was definitely one of those records to sing in the mirror, pretending it was your middle school crush, with a brush in hand for a microphone.

At any rate, during the pinnacle of their careers, the R&B trio – comprised by Shamari Fears, Brandi Williams and Natina Reed – made a cameo in the 2000 cheerleading flick Bring It On, starring Kirsten Dunst and Gabrielle Union.

Tragically, in the midst of creating a new album, Natina Reed was struck by a car in Atlanta, Georgia, and passed away. The incident occurred on October 26, 2012, two days shy of her 32nd birthday.


In honor of Reed and the memories that Blaque’s music made for us, Her Source lists their appearance in Bring It On as one of our favorite girl group moments.
