In October of 1993, Xscape released their debut album Hummin’ Cummin’ at ‘Cha. The album peaked at number three on the Top R&B album charts, which their debut hits “Just Kickin’ It” and “Understanding” both entered the top 10 of the official Hot 100, and became certified platinum and gold hits.
Understanding was one of those songs that said it all, you wouldn’t even have to explain your feelings to your man, just simply tell him to listen to the song and hope he would get the point after!
