The Philadelphia Department of Human Services taps Chill Moody as the spokesperson for the 2013 Backpack Challenge.
Led by Valley Youth House and the Achieving Independence Center, the challenge is a city-wide event with a goal to raise funds and collect donations in the form of school supplies and backpacks for foster children in need. But it doesn’t stop there. Funds will also go towards college expenses, senior dues & other essentials for students to reach their full potential.
Recently, Chill Moody sat with Philadelphia’s Wired 96.5 to speak on the 2013 Backpack Challenge campaign which kicks off August 1st. He also explains the name, his upbringing & more.
