“House Party” is the first in a phenomenal film franchise. It also was the first time rappers Kid and Play landed movie roles. This is also the first movie that introduced the world to A.J. Johnson (who later starred in the movie Baby Boy) and one of the many films that Tisha Campbell had a starring role in.
