The twerking anthem gets a facelift
Busta Rhymes‘ oft-delayed Cash Money debut seems to now have a hit single, as the Pharrell-produced “Twerk It” has provided many a summer function’s soundtrack. Now, with reggae staple Vybz Kartel, hip-hop hitmakers T.I. & French Montana, not to mention the versatile Ne-Yo & Jeremih in tow, Busta Rhymes seems to have a song much larger than a twerking anthem on his hands. Debuted by Funkmaster Flex, listen to the “Twerk It” remix, and await Busta’s CMB debut, E.L.E. 2, hopefully early next year.
