No need to re-hash what went down last night, we all pretty much know Kendrick Lamar waged war on the entire rap game. But aside from his daring of his counterparts to to raise the bar, he said this:

I’m Makaveli’s offspring, I’m the king of New York
King of the coasts,
One hand, I juggle ’em both

Doesn’t really leave much room for anyone else from either side of the country, which would probably be appropriate if you’re from L.A., but if you were born in say, Brooklyn or Harlem, this should really piss you off. We’re here wondering if these ten guys share our sentiments.

While you may find comic relief as you flip through the slides, also remember, rap is a competitive sport. Rappers should take Kendrick’s words and allow them to fuel their future efforts, he’s trying to raise everyone’s game, not just his own.
